Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals for treatment, and any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. We will also review any outstanding paperwork and discuss next steps.
Sessions are typically held weekly and last 53–60 minutes.

Feeling nervous before your first appointment is completely normal. Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you've never worked with a therapist before. We will move at a pace that feels manageable and collaborative.
