Poppy House Collective
Growing tall, even in systems and relationships that taught you to shrink.
There isn't anything wrong with you.
I believe healing happens in relationships where people feel safe enough to be fully seen.
Many of the clients I work with have spent years adapting to difficult circumstances, carrying responsibilities that were never theirs, or learning to make themselves smaller to stay connected to others. Therapy offers an opportunity to understand those patterns with compassion and develop new ways of relating to yourself and the people around you.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, life transitions, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change occurs when we combine insight, practical skills, and a strong therapeutic relationship.
How Can We Help
I believe symptoms and coping strategies are indicators, not identities. Together, we’ll work to understand what those patterns are trying to tell us and build a life that is no longer organized around survival alone.
Child and Family Therapy
Healing the impact of past experiences, current stressors, so that children and adolescents feel understood, supported, and empowered
Individual Therapy
Understanding what's driving your symptoms and behaviors and building tools so that you can move forward with more ease and flexibility.
Clinical Supervision
A collaborative space to strengthen clinical judgment, explore your professional identity, and build substantial practices as an independent clinician.

Many of the people I work with have spent years surviving difficult experiences. The strategies that helped them make it through those experiences often continue long after they are needed, creating patterns that no longer serve them. Therapy provides an opportunity to understand those patterns with curiosity rather than judgment.
